Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Pulse VPN Android application and its related services.

- About Pulse VPN
Pulse VPN is a network utility application designed to provide VPN connectivity and related network tools.
The VPN feature is a core functionality of Pulse VPN. When you choose to establish a VPN connection, the App uses Android’s VpnService to create a VPN connection between your device and a VPN server.
Pulse VPN does not require you to create an account. You can use the available features without providing a phone number, email address, or third-party social media account.
2.VPN Service
Pulse VPN uses Android’s VpnService API to provide its core VPN functionality.
When you initiate a VPN connection, Pulse VPN creates a VPN tunnel between your device and the selected VPN server. Network traffic routed through the VPN connection is transmitted through this tunnel.
Data transmitted between your device and the VPN tunnel endpoint is protected using appropriate encryption technologies.
The VPN service is used solely to provide VPN connectivity and related network functionality. It is not used to redirect or manipulate traffic from other applications for monetization purposes.
3.Information We Do Not Collect
Pulse VPN is designed with privacy in mind.
We do not intentionally collect or store:
Your browsing history;
The content of websites you visit;
DNS query content for profiling purposes;
The content of your communications;
Emails, messages, photos, videos, contacts, or documents transmitted through the VPN connection;
Passwords or authentication credentials entered into other applications or websites;
Your name, phone number, or email address for account registration.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your VPN traffic to create advertising or behavioral profiles.
4.VPN Connection Data
Certain limited technical information may need to be processed temporarily to establish and maintain a VPN connection, such as:
VPN server selection;
Connection status;
Connection duration;
Technical information necessary to establish and maintain the VPN tunnel.
Such information is used only as necessary to provide and maintain the VPN service.
We do not use VPN connection information to reconstruct or track your browsing activities.
5.Device and Technical Information
Depending on the version of the App and the technical services integrated into it, limited technical information may be processed for functionality, security, diagnostics, and performance purposes.
This may include information such as:
Device type;
Android version;
App version;
Network connection type;
Crash information;
Diagnostic or performance information.
Where third-party analytics, crash reporting, or similar SDKs are used, their data practices will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements and reflected in the relevant Google Play Data Safety disclosures.
6.IP Address
Like other internet-based services, VPN servers necessarily receive network requests originating from an IP address in order to establish and operate a network connection.
An IP address may therefore be processed technically while establishing and maintaining a VPN session.
Pulse VPN does not use your IP address to build a behavioral advertising profile or track the websites you visit.
7.Location Feature
Pulse VPN may provide an IP-based location feature that displays information such as the approximate geographic location associated with an IP address.
This functionality does not require access to your device's precise GPS location unless a specific feature explicitly requests such permission.
IP-based location information may not accurately represent your physical location.
8.Speed Test
Pulse VPN may include a network speed test feature.
When you choose to perform a speed test, the App may measure network-related information such as download speed, upload speed, latency, or connection performance.
This information is used to provide the requested speed test result and is not used to determine the content of your online communications.
9.AI Tools
Pulse VPN may provide shortcuts or access points to AI-related tools or services.
Third-party AI services are independent services and may have their own privacy policies and terms. Information you choose to provide directly to a third-party service is governed by that service's privacy practices.
Pulse VPN is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services.
10.Permissions
Pulse VPN requests only permissions that are reasonably necessary to provide its functionality.
The App may request authorization to establish a VPN connection through Android's VPN system.
Android requires user authorization before an application can establish a VPN connection. You may disconnect the VPN or revoke VPN authorization through your device where supported.
Android's VPN architecture requires applications providing VPN functionality to use VpnService, and Android provides a system authorization flow before an app becomes the active VPN service.
11.How We Use Information
Any limited information processed by Pulse VPN may be used only where necessary to:
Establish and maintain VPN connections;
Provide network speed testing;
Provide IP-based network information;
Maintain App functionality;
Diagnose crashes or technical problems;
Improve reliability and performance;
Prevent abuse and protect the security of the service;
Comply with applicable legal requirements.
We do not use VPN traffic for behavioral advertising.
12.Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be processed by infrastructure or technical service providers only where necessary to operate the App and provide its functionality.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, to the extent legally required.
13.Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Temporary information required to establish and operate a VPN connection is processed only as necessary to provide the service.
We do not maintain browsing-history logs that identify the websites you visit through the VPN service.
14.Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled through Pulse VPN.
Network data transmitted between the device and the VPN tunnel endpoint is encrypted as required for the operation of the VPN service.
No network transmission or electronic storage technology can guarantee absolute security.
15.Children's Privacy
Pulse VPN is not specifically directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.
If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected improperly, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
16.Your Choices
You control whether to establish a VPN connection.
You can disconnect Pulse VPN at any time through the App or through the VPN controls provided by Android.
You may also manage applicable App permissions through your Android device settings.
17.Third-Party Services
Some optional features may provide access to third-party websites, AI tools, or other external services.
Once you leave Pulse VPN and interact directly with another service, that service's privacy policy and terms apply.
We recommend reviewing the privacy practices of any third-party service before providing information to it.
18.Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Pulse VPN, applicable laws, technologies, or privacy practices.
When changes are made, the revised Privacy Policy will be published with an updated effective date.
